1. Who can benefit

The offer is available to the first 500 businesses worldwide who sign up through the form on virtualreceptionist.com.ai (or any local Virtual Receptionist site). Additional sign-ups after the limit is reached will be placed on a waiting list.

2. What's included

• Fully personalized AI chatbot for your website, trained on your public website content
• Automatic 24/7 replies in 40+ languages
• Automatic lead capture (name, email, phone)
• Appointment booking and FAQ handling
• Priority technical support via email and phone
• Full access to the admin dashboard (conversations, analytics, leads)

The offer does NOT include: WhatsApp integration, Messenger integration, voice agent (telephone). These services can be added later for an additional fee.

3. Free period

The service is 100% free for 4 calendar months starting from chatbot activation on your website. No credit card required at signup.

4. After 4 months

At the end of the free period, you have two options:

• Continue: the service becomes €59/month (VAT included), billed monthly via credit card or bank transfer. You can cancel anytime with 14 days notice — no penalty.
• Cancel: we deactivate the chatbot on your website — no cost, no questions, no penalty.

We'll contact you 14 days before the end of the free period to confirm your decision.

5. Sign-up process

1. Fill in the form with your full name, company, email, phone, and (optionally) website
2. Receive an automatic confirmation email with your position and next steps
3. Within 24 hours we contact you to schedule chatbot configuration
4. We train the chatbot based on your website content (1-3 business days)
5. We send you the integration code (simple copy-paste) and help you place it on your site
6. The chatbot goes live and starts answering your customers

6. Limitations

• One sign-up per email and per phone number
• The offer applies to new accounts only (customers who have not previously had an active Virtual Receptionist service)
• We may refuse sign-ups if the data provided is clearly incorrect or incomplete
• In case of abuse (multiple sign-ups with different emails for the same company), we reserve the right to cancel the offer

7. Personal data and GDPR

Your data (name, email, phone, company, website) is collected exclusively for:

• Contacting you to set up the service
• Sending transactional emails related to your account
• Commercial communication about Virtual Receptionist services (you can unsubscribe at any time)

Your data is NOT sold and NOT shared with third parties. You can request account deletion anytime at office@virtualreceptionist.com.ai.

8. Offer modifications

Virtual Receptionist reserves the right to modify the terms of the offer for future sign-ups. The terms under which you signed up remain valid for your account based on the version at the time of registration.
